A: Premier Security must earn your business each and every day. 
 
Most companies will try and lock you into a three to five year contract.  At that point, you are stuck with a company that MAY provide good service.  There are many great security companies in the Atlanta market, however there are some that really could use some restructuring.
 
Q: Why do companies use contracts for alarm monitoring?
A: The security system industry is very volatile.
 
Security companies get bought and sold every day.  Often they may keep the same company name after the transition. Having customers under contract makes each account sellable, and the new company may just not be as good.
